Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service, Waiver, and Release of Liability

1. Introduction

Welcome to Yoga Gogo (hereafter know as “Studio” or ”Yoga Gogo”). By participating in any class, session, event, or activity provided by the Studio, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and Terms of Service, and acknowledge the Waiver and Release of Liability. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Participation in Classes

All participants must register and sign in prior to class. You must be at least 18 years of age, have signed parental/guardian consent or attend class with parental/guardian if under 18. Participants are encouraged to disclose any injuries or health conditions to the instructor before class. We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone at our discretion.

Classes with fewer than 2 participants will be cancelled 2 hours before the start time. To stay updated, please ensure push notifications are turned on so you won’t miss any important updates

3. Health and Safety

Your health and safety are of utmost importance to us. Yoga classes and activities involve physical movement, which may carry inherent risks. We strongly recommend that you consult your doctor before beginning any new fitness program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions or injuries. It is your responsibility to monitor your own physical limitations and adjust accordingly.

4. Studio Conduct and Respect

Please arrive on time for classes to avoid disruption. Mobile phones must be on silent mode. We expect a respectful environment for all participants; any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion without refund.

5. Payment and Cancellation Policy

All class fees, memberships, and/or packages must be paid in full at the time of registration. Fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to expiration as outlined at purchase. The Studio reserves the right to change class schedules, instructors, fees, or policies at any time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before class.

Classes require a minimum of two participants. If fewer than two people enroll, the class will be canceled.

6. Waiver and Release of Liability

By participating in any Studio activity, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with yoga and fitness activities. You agree to voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or death, whether physical or mental, resulting from or in connection with any Studio class, event, or service.

6.1 Acknowledgment of Risks

You acknowledge that yoga and physical activities can involve significant physical exertion, including stretching, bending, balancing, and the use of props, which may lead to injury. Participation in these activities is solely at your own risk.

6.2 Release of Liability

You, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, successors, or assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Yoga Gogo, its instructors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death sustained through participation in our classes, events, or activities.

6.3 Assumption of Responsibility

You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any personal items brought into the Studio. The Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

7. Consent to Photography/Videography

From time to time, classes may be photographed or recorded. By participating, you consent to the Studio’s use of any images or videos taken for promotional purposes, unless you inform us otherwise in writing before the session.

8. Modification of Terms

The Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via our website or email. Continued participation in classes or use of services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.

GIVEAWAY & COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Eligibility

    • Giveaways and competitions are open to individuals aged 18 and above unless otherwise stated.

    • Entries must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the giveaway or competition post.

    • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Yoga Gogo are not eligible to enter.

  2. Entry Period

    • Each giveaway or competition will specify its own start and end date.

    • Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

  3. Prizes

    • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

    • Yoga Gogo reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

  4. Winner Selection & Notification

    • Winners will be selected at random (or as otherwise stated in the giveaway announcement).

    • Winners will be notified via the contact method used to enter (e.g. Instagram Direct Message, email).

    • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Yoga Gogo reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

  5. Membership Terms (for Membership Prizes)

    • Membership prizes are valid for 12 months from the activation date and cannot be paused, extended, or transferred.

    • If classes are cancelled or the studio closes temporarily (e.g. for maintenance, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances), no additional time will be added to the membership.

    • All standard Yoga Gogo studio rules, booking policies, and class terms apply to the use of the prize membership.

    • Yoga Gogo reserves the right to revoke membership if studio policies are breached.

  6. General Conditions

    • Yoga Gogo reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend any giveaway or competition at any time without prior notice.

    • By entering, participants agree to allow Yoga Gogo to use their name, image, and entry for marketing and promotional purposes related to the giveaway.

    • Yoga Gogo accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries or communications.

    • The decision of Yoga Gogo regarding all aspects of the giveaway is final and binding.

  7. Limitation of Liability

    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoga Gogo shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered as a result of participating in the giveaway or using the prize.

    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Offers & Promotions Terms & Conditions

  1. Validity Period
    All offers and promotions are valid only for the specified duration stated at the time of purchase or announcement. Extensions or adjustments to validity periods will not be granted.

  2. Non-Extendable & Non-Transferable
    Promotional credits, passes, or class packs cannot be extended, transferred, or exchanged for cash or other services.

  3. Cancellations & Studio Closures
    If a class is cancelled by Yoga Gogo or the studio is temporarily closed, additional credits or days will not be added to promotional packages. Members are encouraged to book alternative available sessions within the valid period.

  4. Booking Policy
    All bookings must be made through the Glofox app or the designated booking platform. Standard class cancellation and no-show policies apply.

  5. Exclusions
    Promotions and offers cannot be combined with other discounts, packages, or special rates unless explicitly stated.

  6. Shared Class Packs
    - Promotional Class Packs can only be shared if requested but not transferred in full. All sharing the Class Packs must be Yoga Gogo members.

    - Class Packs are shareable with up to 4 people only.

  7. Changes to Promotions
    Yoga Gogo reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or modify any promotion or its terms at any time without prior notice.

  8. Acceptance of Terms
    By purchasing or participating in any Yoga Gogo promotion, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
