What to bring
Water Bottle – Drink up, sweat it out, and refill at our station when you need.
A towel – Bring that towel, you're going to need it!
Before class
Arrive early to settle in. Our friendly staff will check you in, guide you through the studio and walk you through the session. Take a moment to relax and prepare for your practice
During class
Our sessions are designed to leave you feeling energized and balanced. Each class begins with a warm-up, followed by guided segments led by our coaches, who will demonstrate and support you every step of the way
After class
Share your thoughts with our studio manager after the session, we’re always striving to improve your experience. Speak to your coach for personalised class recommendations to suit your fitness goals
