Absolutely! Every class includes modifications for all levels

We even have a beginners class - The Basics yoga class is on 4 times a week (every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

Class Packs are totally sharable with up to 4 people

Once the ‘Lead Purchaser’ has brought the Class Pack let us know (via Instagram DM or email) -

1. Your name and email address

2. The name and email address of who you want to share the Class Pack with

3. How many credits you want to share, and we’ll do the rest!

All sharing the Class Packs must be Yoga Gogo members and have Glofox

Membership Passes are unfortunately not sharable

Please consult your doctor first

Instructors can offer safe modifications when you’ve had the okay from your doctor!

For regular yogis we recommend our unlimited Membership Passes

A 6 month pass gives you 6 months unlimited classes for $250 a month, saving ~$18 per class

Our first class starts at 7:30 am, and our last class starts at 7:40 pm

On Saturday we have 2 classes at 12pm and 1pm

On Sunday our 3 classes are at 11am, 12pm and 1pm.

If fewer than 2 members sign up for a class, it may be cancelled

You’ll receive a push notification and/or an email from Glofox 2 hours before the class starts

We’ll always try to give you plenty of notice so you can plan your yoga time stress-free!

Yes! Join our weekday lunchtime class from 12:30 pm to 1:25 pm - the perfect reset during your workday

For this our 24 Class Pack is ideal

You get 24 classes to take whenever you want over 9 month - $444 at $18.50 per class! 

We have full shower facilities (complete with body wash) - just don’t forget to bring your towel!

You’ll also find complementary handy essentials like hair ties, hair clips, dry shampoo and body sprays to keep you feeling fresh on and off the mat
