Supporting Women in Crisis
In honour of International Women’s Day, Yoga Gogo partnered with Star Shelter, a crisis shelter in Singapore providing safety, protection, and support to women and children escaping family violence.
Throughout March 2026, we launched a fundraising initiative at the studio to help support Star Shelter’s work. Members of the Yoga Gogo community were invited to make a contribution, helping provide essential resources and practical support for women and families as they take steps towards safer, more secure futures.
For us, supporting women means recognising the importance of safety, dignity, and having a community to turn to during difficult times. Our partnership with Star Shelter was an opportunity to put these values into action and support the people and organisations working to create meaningful change.

In celebration of Pride Month, Yoga Gogo partnered with Oogachaga, a Singapore-based charity dedicated to supporting and empowering the LGBTQ+ community through professional counselling, support services, education, and advocacy.
Throughout July 2026, we ran a fundraising initiative at the studio to help support Oogachaga’s work. Members of the Yoga Gogo community were encouraged to contribute through a simple donation campaign, helping support services that provide guidance, connection, and a safe space for people navigating life’s challenges.
We believe a strong community is one where people can show up as themselves, feel accepted, and know they have somewhere to turn when they need support. Working with Oogachaga gave us the chance to celebrate that idea beyond the studio and stand alongside an organisation helping build a more inclusive Singapore.
A huge thank you to everyone who contributed. We’re proud to have supported Oogachaga and its continued work to create greater understanding, acceptance, and support for the LGBTQ+ community.
